We operate with AMB/MyLaps RC4 timing de order. The club does not provide or sell handout transponders and it is the racers responsibility to ensure a compatible transponder is fitted and working correctly.

Details about each race meeting can be found on the events page, but typically the gate into the park will be opened by 08:00am, please do not arrive later than 08:30 if you intend to race.

The BRCA is the British Radio Car Association and is the UK governing body for all aspects of Radio Control Model Car Racing. The BRCA sets out the rules and regulations for construction and racing, and provides support and guidelines for clubs to follow for safe and enjoyable competitions. The BRCA is fully recognised by and affiliated to the MSA (Motor Sport Association) which governs all full sized motor racing in the UK

Yes, anyone in pitlane / track boundary needs to have BRCA membership. BRCA membership can be obtained by following this link www.BRCA.org/join. The minimum age for being in pitlane is 12 years old.

We will not be operating a club membership program at the moment

Heat listings and race results we be posted on the clubs Facebook page, and full meeting results will be posted on the website after each event.

Currently it is a flat fee of £10 for all race entries to be paid via paypal using the online race calender

We prefer that all race entries must be pre-booked and pre-paid using the online entry system

We race 1/8th Off-Road, predominantly 1/8th Nitro ‘Rallycross’ Buggies, but also 1/8th Truggy and 1/8th E-buggy.

Yes, a yellow Hi-Viz jacket will need to be worn by anyone in pit lane and marshalling. Drivers will need to provide their own Hi-Viz jacket as per new BRCA rules

Yes it can, but we do ask that only 1/8th Buggies / Truggies or smaller models are used. The track is not designed for larger models, and we ask that they are not used as they will damage the track and it’s markings. Please take your rubbish home with you.

No, the gate will only be open on race days. If you want to use the track on non-race days you will need to walk over to it.

Not strictly true, there is always someone who will help, and could probably do with an extra pitman themselves. Many people have been in a similar position, but have made good friends by helping out.

There is no age limit for racing, we have had drivers as young as 5 years old to 70+ racing with us. The minimum age limit for marshalling is 12 years old, as is the minimum age for being in the pitlane.

Yes but spectating is at your own risk.

Please remain outside the fence perimeter and do not sit or have children sit on the wooden posts or fence as there is a danger of a car hitting them.
